With over 20 years experience in the financial services sector and a lifetime of experience in Australian agriculture, Susan Wakeford is a passionate advocate for rural, regional and remote Australia and ensuring those who work within these communities and industries are successful.
From starting as a trainee in a regional accountancy firm in northern NSW, Susan worked her way through the world of agribusiness banking to hold a national role for one of Australia’s largest financial institutions.
In addition to her professional career in agribusiness banking, Susan has also held roles in Government, on a Government Advisory Council, Not for Profit Board and numerous industry and community advisory panels and groups.
For Susan, operating her own boutique business allows her to share her knowledge, skills and networks with people living in rural, regional and remote Australia to support them in pursuing and achieving their personal, business and community aspirations.
